Nobody owns the number
There's a budget, a calendar and a WhatsApp group — but no single person accountable for the one metric the business actually runs on. Agencies report reach. Nobody reports revenue.
We're a team of 0 specialists delivering award-winning work for 0 brands worldwide, 0 years and counting.
Shoots, launches, late edits and the odd whiteboard that actually worked. Tap any frame to open it.
Every brand that walks in is carrying the same quiet worry: that the work will look good and change nothing. So we start at the other end. We agree on the number that has to move, then design, build and buy media backwards from it — one team, one file, no handoffs to hide behind.
In five years and 120+ brands, almost every stalled account failed for one of these five reasons. None of them is a design problem.

Twelve posts, four reels, two blogs. It's a menu, not a strategy. Volume feels like progress right up until the quarter closes and the pipeline looks identical to last quarter's.
It loads slowly, buries the phone number, and asks for a form fill before it has earned one. Traffic isn't the problem when the page can't convert the traffic you already have.
New colours won't fix a proposition people don't want at a price they won't pay. Most 'creative problems' are positioning problems wearing a nicer font.
SEO, content and brand all pay out on a lag. Three months in, the graph is flat and the plug gets pulled — usually one month before the curve turns.

Positioning, naming, identity systems and the tone of voice that keeps them honest. We write the brand book you will actually open again.
Fast, hand-built sites and platforms — from static marketing builds that load in under a second to gated portals, payments and PWAs.
Paid search, paid social and lead routing built around cost per qualified enquiry — not impressions, not vanity reach.
Films, photography, motion and social-first edits produced in-house, so the campaign and the cut are never arguing with each other.
Technical audits, content architecture and the unglamorous local work — listings, reviews, schema — that wins the map pack.
Where the money goes and why. Channel mix, flighting and measurement plans written before the first rupee is spent.
A growing share of buying research now happens inside an AI answer, where there is no page two and usually no page one either. Here's what we're doing about it.
When someone asks ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity for “the best orthopaedic hospital in Karnal”, one or two brands get named. GEO is the work of becoming the source those models quote — clear entity data, consistent facts across the web, original research worth citing, and reviews the model can actually read.
Search stopped being ten blue links. AEO structures your content so it can be lifted straight into an answer box: real question headings, short direct responses, FAQ and Organization schema, tables, and pages that resolve one intent each instead of ten.
We use AI to draft variants, cut research from days to hours, tag creative libraries and QA code. We don't use it to write your brand voice or invent case studies. Every line that reaches a client has a named human behind it.
We started in a room with two laptops and one rule: never sell what we can't deliver.
Five years on, that rule is still the whole business. Vridhi and I built The Marketeours because too many good brands were paying for activity and calling it marketing — decks that impressed, dashboards that flattered, and pipelines that stayed exactly where they were.
So we do it the slower way. We ask what the number is before we ask what the brief is. We keep design, development and media on the same team so nobody gets to blame the next department. And we stay small enough that when something breaks at 11pm, the person who built it is the person who fixes it.
If that sounds like how you'd want to work, the kettle's on.
Hospitals, banks, schools, salons, builders and restaurants — five years of work you can walk into.
They rebuilt our site in four weeks and our enquiry cost dropped by more than half. The difference was that they asked about our sales process first.
We came for a logo and left with a positioning line the whole sales team now uses on calls. That was not on the quotation.
Three rounds of feedback, zero excuses, and they still shipped on the date they committed to in the first meeting.
Straight answers, including the ones about money.
Ask us something elseWe're a creative and technology partner, not a channel vendor. That means brand and positioning, the website or app it lives on, the content that fills it, and the paid and organic media that brings people to it — delivered by one team of 50+ specialists across Delhi, Assam and Karnal.
A brand identity typically starts around ₹1.5–2.5 lakh, a marketing website around ₹1–3 lakh depending on page count and integrations, and monthly retainers from about ₹40,000. We quote scope, not hours, and the number in the proposal is the number on the invoice.
Four to seven weeks for a standard five-to-eight page site: one week on discovery and structure, two on design, two on build, one on content loading and QA. Larger platforms with payments, portals or catalogues run eight to twelve. Delays are almost always content, so we start collecting it on day one.
Yes. Roughly half our clients are elsewhere in India and a few are overseas. Everything runs on shared boards and scheduled calls, and we travel for shoots, launches and anything that genuinely needs a room.
Generative Engine Optimization is the work of becoming a brand that AI assistants name and cite when someone asks for a recommendation. If your customers research before they buy — healthcare, education, property, high-value retail — it already matters. If you sell purely on walk-ins, it can wait.
SEO tries to rank a page. AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) tries to become the answer itself — the paragraph lifted into a featured snippet, voice result or AI summary. They share technical foundations, but AEO cares far more about question-shaped headings, direct first sentences and structured data.
It replaces the parts of the job nobody was proud of — first drafts, resizing, tagging, reporting. Judgement, taste and knowing which number matters are still human. We use AI heavily inside the studio and disclose exactly where, and no client work ships without a named person accountable for it.
Both. Websites, identities and campaigns run as fixed-scope projects. SEO, performance media, content and social run as monthly retainers with a three-month minimum, because anything shorter measures noise rather than results.
You do — always. Ad accounts, analytics, domains, hosting and source files are created under your ownership with us added as users. If we part ways, you keep everything and we remove our access the same week. No hostage logins.
One live dashboard you can open any time, plus a monthly call where we walk through what moved, what didn't and what changes next month. We report cost per qualified lead and revenue where it's trackable. If a channel isn't working, you'll hear it from us before you notice it yourself.
We're hiring designers, developers and strategists across Delhi, Assam and Karnal. Send work, not a template cover letter.
